Harvest vs Inheritance
Deuteronomy 6:10-11 (NKJV)
“So it shall be, when the Lord your God brings you into the land of which He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give you large and beautiful cities which you did not build, houses full of all good things, which you did not fill, hewn-out wells which you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant—when you have eaten and are full—”
Today’s Devotional
There are some things you harvest because you planted, but there are some things God gives you just because you’re His. It’s not something you worked for, and it’s not something you earned. It’s just because He’s good. Thank you, God, for inheritance!
Prayer
Father, I believe in the principle of sowing and reaping, but I also believe in inheritance. I believe that I’m going to receive that which I did not work for, and I’m going to enjoy the fruit of what I did not sow. I’m coming into inheritance, and I thank You for it. In Jesus name, amen!
