Mature

1 Corinthians 13:11 (NKJV)
“When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”

Today’s Devotional
There has to be a time in our life where we stop managing sin, but instead, we’re on top of it. A time where we are not submitted to it but have overcome it! Today, keep pressing on. You’re going to overcome. Even if it takes time and work, you WILL be spiritually mature as you spend time in His Word and lay aside the things of the world!

Prayer
Father, sin no longer has power over me, and I will overcome everything I’m struggling with. Even if it takes time and patience. Thank You, because I am no longer going to be spiritually immature. I’m going to be more like You. In Jesus’ name, amen!
