As a Senior Pastor and successful entrepreneur, with multiple business ventures, Ron’s relentless passion for developing potential in others permeates every aspect of his ministry. With his passion for breaking down the walls of racism, crossing cultural lines, changing poverty mindsets in their community and around the world, Ron founded Redemption in 1991 with his wife Hope and three church members.

After 30 Years in Greenville, SC, Redemption Church relocated its headquarters to San Jose, CA in May of 2018. Redemption took over Jubilee Christian Center of San Jose, formerly pastored by Dick Bernal. Who after 38 years of pastoring retired, naming Pastor Ron his successor. On December 31, 2020, Redemption relaunched its East Coast campus in Greenville, SC. Above all, Ron is a devoted family man, whose greatest loves are his wife, children, and grandchildren.
