Sometimes Disney movies have a great message, Frozen taught us to “Let it Go.” There are things in our lives that try to suck the life out of us and if we don’t make the decision to give it to God then things will never change. You can only control what you do in life so instead of holding on to the hurt, simply take a breath and let it go.

Prayer
I’m letting it go today God. The words that were said against me, the injustice that I felt and keep seeing I give it over to you Lord. It keeps me back from your blessing and I don’t want it any longer. Take any offense or hurt that is holding me back from my blessing. In Jesus name, Amen!
