Lift Others Up

Lift Others Up

Acts 3:6-8

“Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.”

Today’s Devotional
When someone needs help, God calls us to go and help them. We are to help lift our brothers and sisters but it is God that calls them to leap. We are not to keep holding them but allow God to do his work.

Prayer
Father, I am here to lift others up! Give me the words to say, the strength to lift someone in need and the courage to reach out to your people Lord. In Jesus Name, Amen!
