All those things you say to yourself on a daily basis will be the foundation of your life. Meditate on good things and good things will happen. Meditate on negative things and your life will begin to move in a negative way.

Prayer
This week Lord I want to make it a point to meditate on your word. I believe the promises you have for me and I will make sure my mouth, my mind and my heart are all saying the same thing. In Jesus name, Amen!
