Prayer for Loneliness

God, today I pray for loneliness. I pray for people who say they don’t have (what they need) but they have you. I pray for people who are experiencing this and they never really had great communion with you, that they would take this time where they are isolated to build and cultivate that relationship with you. Where they can come in and speak your name and feel the warmth of your presence, where they can just say the name of Jesus and warm tears fill up in their eyes. Where they can lift up their hands and give a praise and sense you are in the room. There’s nothing like knowing you are near and I just pray God that you would be near, near to those who don’t have anyone in their life to encourage them, no one in their life to support them but let them know you are there and you would never ever leave. In Jesus name, Amen.
