Habakkuk 3:17-18

“Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls— Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.”

Today’s Devotional
God does so much for on a daily basis, but what happens when God doesn’t do those things we needed him to do? What happens if you don’t get that job you were praying for? What will you do if you’re not married within your dream timeline? Just because things don’t work out the way you want them to, praise him anyway.

Prayer
Father I know that things may not work out the way I want them to and when that happens I will praise you. I don’t always understand why things don’t happen for me but even if they don’t, I will praise you anyway. In Jesus name, Amen!
